Some of this remarkable Story:
The Beaver Lake Cree Nation may be the planet's best hope at making a serious dent in the tar sands - that nasty mess in Canada that threatens to push the planet past the tipping point for climate change, and feeds all the pipelines like Keystone and Kinder Morgan. They've been greenlit to take Canada and Alberta to court - putting the nation on trial for allowing large scale industry to trample over their treaty rights. And guess what? That's unconstitutional. But it takes money to fight oil. So we're trying to level the playing field. The Beaver Lake Cree's line in the tar sand is one we all need to stand behind! Donate link
